Sophie will be coaching our GU14 Blue and GU12 Blue teams this year.
 

Sophie joined the Northwest Nationals coaching staff in 2008.

Spickard  has previously served as assistant coach to several select teams in addition to summer camps for the Seattle Sounders and University of Washington the past two years. She was with Coerver Coaching Northwest in 2006.

As a player, Spickard played two seasons for both Washington and the Sounders. She had won two state championships and four P1 titles in 12 seasons with the Parrots. Spickard saw action in six Surf Cups and was a starting midfielder on the state ODP team, making four regional camps. Her Roosevelt High School team reached the 4A finals once.
