1. Report to the NWN Boys and Girls Directors of Coaching.

2. Assist the Boys and Girls Directors of Coaching with the direction and implementation of technical soccer content.
a. Player development guidelines & progress charts
b. Age group related curriculum (U11 – U14)
c. Gender related training issues & curriculum
d. Integration of speed, agility & strength programs into the overall soccer curriculum.
e. Coaching manuals
f. Coordination and communication of these curriculums to coaches
g. Recommendations on policies for playing time


3. Train teams as requested by the Directors of Coaching

4. Conduct oneself in manner in which NWN Players/Parents view as a role model consistently carrying out the core values of the Club and professional conduct.

5. Will work diligently to attend NWN events to enhance the image and reputation of NWN.  Will support, as requested by the NWN Board of Directors, any activity that enhances the image and direction of the Northwest Nationals Soccer Club. 

6. Attend and participate in all Coaches meetings

7. Will assist the Directors of Coaching with communication between parents/players and coaches.

8. Assist the Directors of Coaching in enforcing coaches conduct.

9. Develop and manage club Academies and Camps

10. Help build relationships with our local community clubs (ie. Pre-Tryout Clinics)

11. Manage the general club email and voicemail.

12. Will work with the club webmaster to keep website up to date on events with teams.

13. Assist with club Tryouts.
