1. Report to the NWN Board of Directors.
2. Work with the Boys Director of Coaching and the Technical Advisor on the direction and implementation of technical soccer content.
 a. Player development guidelines & progress charts
 b. Age group related curriculum (U11 – U14)
 c. Gender related training issues & curriculum
 d. Coaching manuals
 e. Coordination and communication of these curriculums to coaches
 f. Recommendations on playing time
3. Establish a player/coaches evaluation system:
 a. Each coach performs 2 times/yr
 b. DOC evaluations with coaches
4. Develop and Manage the following for each member girls team:
 a. Coaching assignments
 b. League participation
 c. Tournament planning
 d. Training days/amounts by age
 e. Budget
 f. Team Uniforms/Branding and Apparel
 
5. Provide semi-annual personnel reviews:
 a. Coaches
 b. Assistant Coaches
 c. Technical Trainers
 
6. Work with the Boys Director of Coaching and the Technical Advisor to establish and maintain a consistent “Coaching Education Program”
 a. Provide continuous feedback on specific coaching activity and areas for improvement
 b. Evaluate long and short term goals for each coach
 c. Set up a series of coaches clinics
 d. Work to provide coaches with an opportunity to seek coaching licenses
7. Conduct oneself in manner in which NWN Players/Parents view as a role model consistently carrying out the core values of the Club and professional conduct.
8. Will work diligently to attend NWN events to enhance the image and reputation of NWN
a. Will support, as requested by the NWN Board of Directors, any activity that enhances the image and direction of the Northwest Nationals Soccer Club. 
b. Serve on the Northwest Nationals Board of Directors
c. Attend Association meetings
9. Assist in developing a written operational plan and communicate the plan to all coaches, parents and players.
10. Manage all Coaches meetings in cooperation with the Boys Director of Coaching
11. Help mediate potential problems or conflicts between coaches and parents
12. Manage the club Technical Training program
13. Develop and maintain a club Tryout Procedure
