We are seeking an individual for an administrative support, bookkeeping and field scheduling position. This position will interface with the Board of a Premier Soccer Club, its Members and Teams. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and proficient with numbers. Problem solving a result for the Club, customer service and detail to organizational methods. Schedule and communicate all Club related practices, games and events. Collect and maintain reports. Can work independently and together as a team. Multi-tasking abilities a must!
Other Requirements:
Ø Must be a High School Graduate and College Degree/BA or AA is preferred.
Ø A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of Quickbooks a plus.
Ø 1-2 Years of General Office Experience.
Ø Full or part-time position (25-40 hrs.)
Ø Income is negotiable depending on experience.
